Maintenance in The Palm Of Your Hand xmMOBILE™, using PalmŪ compatible handheld technology, acts as an
electronic work order clipboard, eliminating
the need for paper-based work orders and inspections. Now you can
transmit work orders electronically to your maintenance team so they
can have all the information they need "out in the field." Update
and close out work orders electronically, return your handheld it to
its cradle, and xmMOBILE will automatically update the MicroMain XM
database. No further processing is required.

 The
new MicroMain HelpDesk software is now available for use with MicroMain
Maintenance Management/MicroMain XM. With this new functionality, a single
person or group will be able to screen work orders created from work
requests submitted by customers, end users, or requesters. The single person
or group will authorize the work and send the work orders to the appropriate
shop or designated staff.
